Using methods that are tried and tested is one of the best way to quickly achieve your desired outcome. Relating this to business, follows the same concept as the ‘why re-invent the wheel’ saying. Sometimes instead of brain storming a new idea, it is much easier to find out what works, and do it better. It’s a simple formula, enter an existing market and make your product work better for your customers, or give better service.
